Make–Up & 30-Day Cancellation Policy
Your child is guaranteed make-up lessons provided that you give us 24-hour notice only. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but last minute cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) cannot be made up. We will always make up a lesson if the building is closed due to weather, sick or etc.
Since we do not mandate long-term contracts, we do require a 30-day written notice if you decide to cancel your student’s enrollment or make any changes to their membership.
All make-ups & instructors are based on availability.
